About the Head of the Interdepartmental committee on the local self-government at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
In consequence of the meeting of the AUC administration members with the Prime-minister of Ukraine A. Kinakh ,which was held on August 17, 2001, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine released a Decree from August 28, 2001, ¹1123, about the Head of the Government being the direct head of the Interdepartmental committee on the local self-government questions at the CMU. AUC participation in the budget process
Budget Code of Ukraine was adopted by Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on March 22, 2001, and signed by the President of Ukraine on June21, 2001. (see the Ukrainian version)
